Friends of Potrero Hill Recreation Center is a small group of Potrero Hill residents working to make our Rec Center even better. Many improvements have already been made — including new landscaping in 2011, tot playground, and improved dog run and playing field — but there is still much to do. Our current projects include building a new staircase to replace the rough and dangerous path along the northern edge of the recreation center, from Missouri to Connect, and to create a path connecting the Rec Center to the Starr King Open Space a few blocks away.
